A house S+P+1ET+ Roof terrace located on the shore of the Izvorani lake, furnished in modern contemporary luxury style for a family with a premium and special lifestyle.
LIVING
Panoramic view and exits to the terraces, both from the living space and from the main bedrooms: both the master bedroom and the child bedroom.
The chosen pieces compose a puzzle of luxury elements, among which we specify the lighting fixture-star of the living space.
The living room is directly connected to the terrace, the garden and the swimming pool accessible from the terrace area.
DINING
The organization of the ground floor is developed on two floor heights, as we felt the need to use this impactful “trick” to delimit the desired functions in this generous open space.
KITCHEN
Even if cooking is not a favorite activity of the beneficiaries, when it happens it becomes the center of attraction in the kitchen. The Globalo tubular hood is the circular accessory that breaks the static composition of the kitchen.
The island serves as both a cooking and breakfast area.
The line of finishes, textures, colors follows the general direction of the entire ground floor.
The Wall&Deco wallpaper is the artistic touch that brings preciousness and elegance.
LOBBY-HOL
When the staircase is not a simple access option to the floor, but becomes a piece of resistance of the house.
The marbled ceramics, the 3D stone background, the centered lighting fixture, the LEDs positioned under each step with sensor operation, the ribbed wood wall coverings, give preciousness and refinement.
GROUND BATHROOM
The bathroom on the ground floor is completely tiled with large-sized ceramics, choosing the preciousness of the veining, of the marbled tiles – calacatta gold & back marble.
The shower is encapsulated and framed with black marble cladding. The finish of the faucets complements the chosen tiles, and the sanitary ware and furniture follow a simple line that tempers the other textures, materials.
OFFICE
The beneficiaries also wanted an office room, so we fulfilled this function at the parental level.
GUEST BEDROOM
The dynamics of the room is given by the asymmetry in the finishes. We chose to cover the wall with flagstones, large ceramic tiles and to combine this wall finish with a decorative paint.
Textures and finishes follow a compositionally balanced, yet bold path.
MASTER BEDROOM
We proposed on a free plan a glazed partition to separate the matrimonial bathroom with direct access from the room, as well as to the dressing room.
The dressing room is a generous room, we opted for furniture with glass doors, premium accessories and we separate it with the help of a metal partition with glass doors. This will allow us to perceive it as a designed part of the bedroom.
MARRIAGE BATHROOM
The master bathroom is equipped with a jacuzzi tub, in the sink area, the gold mosaic from L’antic Colonial gives the preciousness of a luxury bathroom.
FLOOR CHILD BEDROOM
And this bedroom has its own bathroom.
Here the theme maintains the general color of the house, but we come with an extra color, being addressed to the child.
BATHROOM CHILD BEDROOM FLOOR
The ceramics in the shower area are the star of the space, we dared a cheerful, dynamic and playful color, tempered by the rest of the tiles chosen for the walls and floor.
RELAXATION ROOM AND CHILDREN'S ACTIVITIES
The dynamic of the room is given by the beautiful wallpaper selected by Wall&Deco.
BATHROOM GUEST BEDROOM FLOOR
FLOOR HALL
The hall follows the general theme of the arrangement, but at the same time we capture the materiality, the texture, the color in a perfect rhythm.
With the help of the 3D wall we get volume, the colored glass used as a balustrade gives preciousness, the mirror wall offers a generally amplified depth view.
