A P+1+M house, furnished in a contemporary modern style, with light classic accents for a young couple. They wanted an elegant, sophisticated style with bold textures.
Which is funny, but at the same time it gave us that necessary splash of color, we were just taking measurements, but they already knew what sofa they wanted in the living room – so we started with one piece of furniture and some clear ideas about the atmosphere general.
We can say that we had determined beneficiaries and received some ingredients from the inner recipe.
On the ground floor, where a lot of emphasis was placed on the furnishing solution, we agreed to offer two slightly different proposals, but for the presentation on our website we have not decided which variant to stay, so we present your proposals and let them speak by itself the visual language through color, texture, materiality, light, etc.
LIVING
The wall of the TV area can have a completely different impact by tiling with slabs of different texture and color.
The decision of the beneficiaries in the conceptual process was to stay with the railing provided by the developer of the ensemble.
The dining space in the second version is expanded with two additional seats, of course the table also changes, having the necessary and ergonomic diameter.
DINING
The bold atmosphere of dynamic textures and shapes is balanced with the lighting fixtures having a fine, diaphanous design line with a plant theme we might say.
The ground floor is an explosion of texture, form and dynamism.
I chose to hide the storage space in the hall, covering the fronts of the dressing room with the smoked mirror, which continues with the facing wall, thus creating a continuous connection between the entrance area and the living area.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is in a minimalist line, but with a very high impact of the texture of the countertop and counter top.
The two versions establish two stylistic directions: a masculine air or something warmer and brighter.

FLOOR
MASTER BEDROOM
Dormitorul matrimonial urmărește aceeași direcție stilistică ca în zona parterului- o compoziție de textură și formă. Accentele gold și fronturile noptierelor metalizate dau prețiozitate la nivelul accesorizărilor.
MARRIAGE BATHROOM
In the case of the bathrooms, the beneficiaries keep the finishes and sanitary fittings already installed by the developer. So that, we can intervene minimally at the level of furnishing and accessories.
HALL
GUEST BEDROOM
The dressing room with glass doors is the ideal solution when it is not a separate room and is an integrated part of the bedroom atmosphere.
We managed to provide preciousness through the interior lights and glass door finish.
BATHROOM GUEST BEDROOM
As I mentioned with the first bathroom, the master, the finishes inside all the bathrooms have already been installed by the developer.
The intervention is carried out at the level of furniture and accessories.
ATTIC
OFFICE
The desk is intended for the beneficiary and even if the general line is masculine, the star element is the wallpaper chosen as the background of the desk.
In the first image, there is the area intended for the storage of documents, which was a requirement mentioned by the beneficiary.
DRESSING
The room intended for the dressing room follows the shape of the room and at the same time manages to divide the necessary spaces for the two young beneficiaries.
