ARI HOUSE
A P+1 house, furnished in a contemporary modern style, with slight classic accents for a family with one child. The lifestyle is relaxed, they wanted an intimate, welcoming, warm atmosphere.
They are practical people, who need the comfort of “home”.
OPEN SPACE - living area
The element of repetition – the rhythm of the arrangement is given by the verticality.
The frames, the decorative elements between the staircase and the dining room, the library with its fronts create the identity of the space.
LIVING & DINING
ACCESS HALL
The beneficiaries wanted light, light, neutral tones, but also a “star” color, so we chose powdered mint green.
GROUND SANITARY GROUP
The color of the wood is a light oak and is repeated in different spaces of the house, maintaining a warm and sweet atmosphere.
KITCHEN
Being the space dedicated to the beneficiary, she wanted an all-white kitchen, where we felt we should complement with the essence of wood at the level of the countertop and the breakfast island.
We created hidden storage areas for the entry space.
FLOOR
MASTER BEDROOM
The pastel shades of mint green and the connection with beige, gray and other earth tones, create the soothing and intimate atmosphere of the master bedroom.
Here I opted for Wall&Deco wallpaper and an upholstered headboard.
The TV has also become the necessary mirror for the make-up table, having this finish.
MASTER BATHROOM
The Prada Porcelanosa collection in shades of sand brings the atmosphere we needed, which we complete with Piano furniture in light oak finish. For the master bathroom I chose a freestanding bathtub.
CHILD ROOM
We wanted a room that was playful, but also kept the general atmosphere of the house.
The element that gives personality to the space is the Wall&Deco wallpaper.
CHILD BEDROOM BATHROOM
Being a small-sized bathroom, in this case we proposed a freestanding washbasin, a design piece, but still functional, which integrates perfectly.
At the level of the walls I dared a mix of materiality, for the shower area I chose a dark three-dimensional ceramic, and in the sink area another three-dimensional texture but in shades of beige.
The floor complements the color chosen to mark the shower area.
FLOOR HALL
A simple general line completed by the staircase railing – black metal rods proposed up to the height of the ceiling to further establish the rhythm of the ground floor: verticality.
The frames give personality and are repeatedly chosen elements in the living area and for circulation.
VERSATILE ROOM
The room successfully fulfills several functions, the beneficiaries wanting here a desk, storage spaces, an extendable sofa (if needed), but at the same time airy.
And because it is versatile, I also wanted a particular color, opting for orange.
