KITCHEN AREA
EMPLOYEES DINING ROOM
A commercial project, the headquarters of a large company dealing with seeds in agriculture. As in any project, the space is identified with the profile of the „beneficiaries”.
This whole proposal is a poem and is based on some ingredients from a corporation:
Planning: interior design contributes to better organization and internal planning;
Marketing: our proposal even helps with marketing strategies, a good „showroom” that identifies with the brand;
Design: the ergonomics of spaces combined with aesthetics;
Strategy: methods to improve the quality of life at work – happy people;
Brand: the mentioned points that identify with the company’s profile.
Spaces with personality, distinctive, specific to the company’s profile.
The materials, textiles, colors follow the stylistic path of the field of activity.
The dining area among the employees must tell about a corporation with common values, a moment of socialization, relaxation and an intelligent principle of cooperation from multinationals.
Functionally, I chose different areas, lounge sofas, both coffee and ready-to-serve tables.
This aspect dictates a variety of activities that you can carry out here: whether we are talking about a meeting on zoom and you sit down at the laptop, whether we are talking over a coffee or going out to eat with other colleagues, now there is this extended and beautifully treated space in accordance with their needs.
HALL
Glazed partitions with the help of colored glass create a common language for all areas.
Circulations are important and guide you towards the common functions of the company.
Here is the access area to the dining room, and opposite the access to the women’s and men’s changing rooms.
They are suggested and treated differently, using the two representative colors: orange and blue.
CHANGING ROOMS
The dressing rooms are mirrored, only the star colors are chosen separately and suggestively: orange for the ladies, blue for the gentlemen.
The dynamic shape of the metal panels, as well as the mirrors, recall the shape of the seeds that grow them
The texture of the microcement on the floor and the paint on the walls and ceiling, in an industrial note, complete the design direction.
MEETINGS ROOM
The meeting room was designed as a necessity for team meetings in different contexts, compared to the existing spaces for this purpose. Being a development of the headquarters, it was a necessary criterion.
At the level of finishes and materials, the common language of the spaces already makes its presence felt.
A separate space (for a small meeting), an interview or any activity that needs to be organized in this way, is an approach found in corporations and adopted by successful companies.
The perspective end represents a magnetic board, a necessary support in any space dedicated to meetings and team meetings.
HALL
The work area is accessed from the hall, being separated by a glass partition.
It is very important to work in a team and to visualize the work process in the hall is very important.
The seed sorting process is now simplified for employees.
Spaces with personality were created to meet functional needs, but also to have a design representative of the company.
